Engine AV offers separate packages for live sound recording that accommodate single person presentations, elaborate full symphony orchestras and everything in between. Our multitrack recording systems can capture pristine quality audio on location and store it on a medium that lasts indefinitely without degradation. The audio can then be classified and stored for easy access. Our engineers have years of experience capturing live sound both in the studio and on location. Each package includes dedicated recording engineers who will work with you every step of the way to accomplish your goal.

We offer two packages that can accommodate any location recording situation. Our flagship package (System A) is a 64 input Pro Tools HD Accel system with a full RME/Aphex front end and SSL Madi converters. Perfect for large scale musical performances, theater, or sound for film, this system can integrate seamlessly with FOH sound systems as well as accept video synchronization such as black burst and more.

Our other package (System B) is a great cost effective solution when less inputs are needed. While sill using the industry standard Avid Pro Tools 9 multitrack system, this option offers 16 simultaneous channels with an RME/Aphex front end as well as a transformer isolated mult system. Both packages come standard with a full backup system to ensure that the event will be captured properly, the first time.

Engine AV allows each recording to stay “in house” from start to finish by offering overdubs, mixing, editing and synchronization in our production studio. A 3000 square ft. Pro Tools HD equipped facility located in Philadelphia. For more info please see the {Facility} section.

For audio production, we offer both digital and analog mediums to handle the most demanding of projects. The heart of our main control room is a 32 I/O Pro Tools HD system complimented with a full API 515 front end. Whether its mixing, tracking or editing our engineers work closely with the client to accommodate each and every detail.

Our video post production services include editing, after effects and graphics. For most editing projects our suites feature Final Cut Studio with Color Correction and Compressor encoding. For video effects and graphics we use both Adobe After Effects and In Design. Our video engineers have years of experience working creatively with clients to help bring their vision to life.

e-Learning

Engine AV now offers Computer Based Training design. Using the ADDIE methodology of Instructional Design, coupled with the basic principles of Project Management, we can custom design a dynamic Computer Based Training module for your company or organization. We have experience working with SME’s, creating story boards, assessments, our modules are AICC/SCORM compliant, and can be hosted in an LMS or a website. Our designers have diverse backgrounds in education, both in the classroom and the boardroom, and have advanced degrees in Instructional Design.
